We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you request a quote, schedule a service appointment, complete a service agreement, or otherwise communicate with us, including your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number; vehicle information such as VIN, make, model, year, and license plate number; billing information necessary to process invoices; and insurance information, including policy number, insurer name, and claim number, when a service is paid through an insurance claim.
2.2 Information We Receive from Insurance Companies and Third Parties
When you submit a claim through your insurance provider, we may receive personal information about you and your claim from your insurer, a third-party administrator, a fleet management company, or a claims processor, including policy and claim details, vehicle information, and contact information, in order to verify coverage, process billing, and complete an assignment of insurance benefits.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. 2.4 Consumer Health Data
Transfers Auto Glass does not collect, use, or share “consumer health data” as defined under Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) in the ordinary course of providing auto glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services. If you choose to share information related to a personal injury in connection with an insurance claim, we limit our use of that information solely to processing the claim and do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

We use personal information to: schedule and perform requested auto glass services; prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders; process payments; verify insurance coverage and submit or support insurance claims and billing, including completing an assignment of insurance benefits; communicate with you about appointments and service status; comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations; improve our services, website, and customer experience; and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other unlawful activity.
4. How We Share and Disclose Information
We may share personal information with:
• Your insurance company, third-party administrators, fleet management companies, or claims processors, for purposes of processing insurance claims and billing;
• Service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, scheduling software, marketing, and IT support, who are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide those services;
• Glass and parts suppliers, manufacturers, or ADAS calibration partners, where necessary to fulfill your service request;
• Professional advisors, such as accountants, attorneys, and auditors; and
• Government agencies, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Transfers Auto Glass, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
5. Telephone, Text, and Email Communications
By providing your telephone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us related to your service appointment, estimate, invoice, or claim, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related communications necessary to complete your transaction.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of our website. We do not use geofencing or other location-tracking technology to collect health-related information about you.

Our services and website are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
